1. Agreement to These Terms

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of https://www.volt-ix.net (the “Website”) and any purchase made from Voltix (“Voltix,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By accessing the Website, creating an account, or placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Website or place an order.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or the legal age of majority where you live to make a purchase through the Website.

By placing an order, you represent that:

  • You are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement;

  • The information you provide is complete and accurate;

  • You are authorized to use the selected payment method; and

  • Your purchase is for lawful personal or business use.

If you are under the legal age of majority, you may use the Website only under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

4. Website Platform

The Website is created and hosted through Wix. Wix may provide hosting, e-commerce, account, checkout, security, and other technical services.

Your use of certain Website features may also be subject to Wix’s applicable policies.

We may modify, suspend, restrict, or discontinue any part of the Website when reasonably necessary. We do not guarantee that every feature will always be available or error-free.

5. Dropshipping Business Model

Voltix operates using a dropshipping business model. Products may be:

  • Supplied by third-party manufacturers or distributors;

  • Stored at third-party warehouses;

  • Packaged by third-party fulfillment providers; and

  • Shipped directly to customers by suppliers or carriers.

As a result:

  • Products in the same order may arrive in separate packages;

  • Different products may have different delivery times;

  • Packaging may display a supplier or logistics provider’s information;

  • Returns may need to be sent to a designated facility instead of our Miami address; and

  • Delivery estimates may be affected by supplier inventory and carrier operations.

Voltix remains responsible for addressing customer-service matters according to these Terms, our Refund and Return Policy, and applicable law.

6. Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to present accurate product descriptions, specifications, prices, availability, and images.

However:

  • Colors may appear differently depending on your screen;

  • Packaging or minor design details may change;

  • Measurements may be approximate;

  • Product images may include props or accessories that are not included; and

  • Suppliers may update products without advance notice.

A product’s essential features will not be materially substituted without your approval.

Please review the product description and compatibility requirements before purchasing. Contact us if you need clarification about a product.

7. Product Availability

Products are subject to supplier availability. Adding a product to a shopping cart does not reserve it.

If a product becomes unavailable after you place an order, we may:

  • Cancel the affected product and issue a refund;

  • Contact you with an updated availability estimate; or

  • Offer an alternative product, which will be provided only with your approval.

We will not charge you for an unapproved substitute.

8. Prices and Taxes

Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise.

Prices may change without notice, but a price change will not affect an order already accepted except in cases of clear typographical, technical, or pricing errors.

Applicable sales taxes, shipping charges, and other fees will be displayed during checkout when required.

If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price, we may cancel the order and issue a full refund. We may also contact you and allow you to purchase the product at the correct price.

9. Orders and Acceptance

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase the selected products. An order confirmation acknowledges that we received your order but does not necessarily mean the order has been finally accepted.

We may accept or reject an order for legitimate reasons, including:

  • Product unavailability;

  • Pricing or description errors;

  • Suspected fraud or unauthorized payment;

  • Incorrect or incomplete customer information;

  • Delivery restrictions;

  • Unusually large quantities;

  • Supplier limitations; or

  • Violation of these Terms.

If we cancel a paid order, we will issue a refund to the original payment method as required by law.

10. Payment

The Website accepts PayPal and supported credit cards.

Payments may be processed by:

  • PayPal;

  • Wix or a payment service connected through Wix;

  • Credit-card networks;

  • Banks; or

  • Other authorized payment providers.

By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method and authorize the applicable amount to be charged.

Payment providers may apply their own terms and privacy policies. Voltix generally does not directly store complete credit-card numbers or card security codes.

We may delay or cancel an order when payment cannot be authorized or when fraud screening identifies a reasonable concern.

11. Shipping and Delivery

We currently ship products to eligible addresses in the United States.

Shipping and delivery dates are estimates unless expressly stated as guaranteed. Delivery times may be affected by:

  • Supplier processing;

  • Product availability;

  • Carrier delays;

  • Weather;

  • Holidays;

  • Incorrect addresses;

  • Customs or transportation disruptions; and

  • Events outside our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Contact us immediately if an address needs correction. We cannot guarantee changes after an order enters processing.

If we cannot ship within the time promised—or within 30 days if no shipping time was stated—we will provide the notice and cancellation options required by applicable law.

12. Risk of Loss and Delivery Issues

Responsibility for a shipment will be determined according to applicable law.

If an order is lost before confirmed delivery, contact us so we can investigate with the supplier and carrier.

When tracking shows delivery but you cannot locate the package, please:

  • Confirm the shipping address;

  • Check the delivery area;

  • Ask household members, neighbors, or building staff;

  • Allow time for an early carrier scan; and

  • Contact the carrier and Voltix.

Voltix is not automatically responsible for theft occurring after confirmed delivery to the correct address, but we will review each claim and provide reasonable assistance.

13. Cancellations, Returns, and Refunds

Order cancellations, returns, replacements, and refunds are governed by our Refund and Return Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.

The Refund and Return Policy includes information about:

  • The return-request period;

  • Product-condition requirements;

  • Damaged or defective items;

  • Return-shipping costs;

  • Nonreturnable products;

  • Refund processing;

  • Order cancellations; and

  • Lost or delayed shipments.

If these Terms conflict with the Refund and Return Policy regarding a return or refund, the Refund and Return Policy will control unless applicable law requires otherwise.

Nothing in these Terms limits consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.

14. Manufacturer and Supplier Warranties

Some products may include a warranty provided by a manufacturer or supplier.

Warranty terms vary by product. Customers may be required to follow the warranty provider’s procedures, provide proof of purchase, or submit the product for inspection.

Unless expressly stated, Voltix does not provide a separate manufacturer warranty. However, this does not limit obligations imposed on Voltix by applicable law or our Refund and Return Policy.

15. Customer Accounts

Certain Website features may allow you to create an account.

You are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate account information;

  • Keeping your password confidential;

  • Restricting access to your device;

  • Monitoring activity under your account; and

  • Notifying us promptly of suspected unauthorized access.

You may not sell, transfer, impersonate, or misuse an account.

We may suspend or close an account that violates these Terms, is used fraudulently, or creates a security risk.

16. Acceptable Use

You may use the Website only for lawful purposes.

  • It is accurate and based on genuine experience;

  • It does not violate another party’s rights;

  • It is not unlawful, threatening, deceptive, or defamatory; and

  • It does not contain malicious code or unauthorized advertising.

You retain ownership of your content. However, you grant Voltix a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, display, format, and distribute it for operating and promoting the Website and products.

We may moderate or remove content that violates these Terms. We will not suppress a genuine review solely because it expresses a negative opinion.

18. Intellectual Property

The Website and its original content—including text, graphics, logos, design elements, and arrangement—are owned by or licensed to Voltix and protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Product names, trademarks, images, and descriptions belonging to manufacturers or suppliers remain the property of their respective owners.

You may use the Website for personal, noncommercial shopping purposes. No Website content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, sold, or commercially exploited without permission from the applicable owner.

19. Third-Party Links and Services

The Website may contain links to or integrations with third-party websites and services, including Wix, PayPal, payment processors, social-media platforms, suppliers, and carriers.

Voltix does not control and is not responsible for third-party websites, policies, availability, security, or content. Accessing a third-party service is at your discretion and may be governed by separate terms.

20. Privacy and Cookies

Our collection and use of personal information are described in our Privacy Policy and Cookies Policy, which are incorporated into these Terms.

By using the Website, you acknowledge that your information will be handled as described in those policies.

Where required by law, nonessential cookies will be used only after appropriate consent.

21. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Website and its content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

Voltix does not guarantee that:

  • The Website will always be uninterrupted or error-free;

  • All defects will be corrected immediately;

  • The Website will be free from every harmful component;

  • Every product will remain available; or

  • Product information provided by third-party suppliers will always be free from minor errors.

Any warranties that cannot legally be excluded remain fully effective. This section does not eliminate obligations concerning damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially misdescribed products.

22. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Voltix will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential losses resulting from:

  • Use or inability to use the Website;

  • Unauthorized account access;

  • Third-party websites or services;

  • Delivery interruptions outside our reasonable control; or

  • Use of a product contrary to its instructions or intended purpose.

Where liability may lawfully be limited, Voltix’s total liability relating to a product or order will not exceed the amount paid for the product or order giving rise to the claim.

These limitations do not apply to liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited, including liability arising from fraud, willful misconduct, or other non-waivable legal obligations.

23. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold Voltix harmless from third-party claims, losses, or reasonable expenses resulting from:

  • Your unlawful use of the Website;

  • Your violation of these Terms;

  • Your infringement of another party’s rights; or

  • Content you submit through the Website.

This section does not require a consumer to indemnify Voltix for Voltix’s own unlawful conduct, negligence, or breach of these Terms.

24. Force Majeure

Voltix will not be responsible for delay or failure caused by events outside our reasonable control, including:

  • Natural disasters;

  • Severe weather;

  • Fires or floods;

  • Epidemics or public emergencies;

  • War, terrorism, or civil unrest;

  • Labor disputes;

  • Carrier or supplier interruptions;

  • Transportation failures;

  • Government actions;

  • Internet or utility outages; or

  • Cyberattacks not caused by our failure to use reasonable safeguards.

This section does not limit refund or cancellation rights required by law.

25. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida and applicable federal laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Subject to any consumer rights that require otherwise, legal proceedings concerning these Terms or the Website may be brought in the appropriate state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida.

Customers retain any protections provided by mandatory laws that apply in their place of residence.

26. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes in our products, suppliers, Website, business practices, or legal obligations.

Updated Terms will be posted on the Website with a revised “Last Updated” date. Changes generally apply prospectively and will not materially alter an accepted order unless required by law or agreed to by the customer.

Continued use of the Website after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

27. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted, and the remaining provisions will continue in effect.

28. No Waiver

Failure to enforce any provision of these Terms does not waive our right to enforce it later.

29. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Cookies Policy, Refund and Return Policy, and any product-specific terms presented at checkout, form the entire agreement between you and Voltix concerning the Website and your purchases.
